If your looking for the ultimate challenge then bootcamp is for you. It involves metabolic training with cardio and strength work. This kind of training is the ultimate for burning bodyfat, and reshaping your body, as well as losing weight and getting fitter. Bootcamp is for everyone as the intensity and difficulty can be altered during the class for each individual catering for those new to this type of excercise. So why don’t you come along and give it a try, and i promise you won’t be disappointed!

My name is Sue and i run the bootcamps with jenny. I have been working in the fitness industry for 20 years, and i teach a variety of classes throughout the week at different health clubs. I have achieved qualifications level two NVQ in, exercise to music, step, pilates,aqua, i have also achieved level three in personal training. I also studied for three years to obtain my cert ed degree in teaching, and i am also an assessor for the YMCA.

Three years ago i decided to try bodybuilding, which i now love, and is my passion. recently i achieved the title of miss North West trained figure, which has really spurred me on to bigger and better challenges i.e i would love to compete abroad. My next competitions are in October, The Open Yorkshire Championships, and Miss UK in November. I have to be really focused and dedicated as the dieting can be really tough.

So girls i really know how hard dieting and keeping motivated can be, thats why i will help you every step of the way to achieve you own personal goal.

‘I started Jet Boot Camp with trepidation as it was some18 months since I had done any form of exercise and I had been stuck with 19lbto lose for well over a year. The easy-to-follow diet that Sue provided along with the fantastic motivation in the once weekly exercise class has helped me finally shift nearly all of that weight in just 4 weeks and there’s still 2weeks to go! There is no denying the classes are hard, but Sue makes them enjoyable and very worthwhile. She is a great motivator and encourages all the people in the class to keep going to get to your Goal! The routine in the class changes every week which prevents any chance of boredom and in fact it adds to the enjoyment in trying to guess what we shall be doing each week. Each member of the team, including Jenny herself, has come together and encourages each other each and every day thanks to the Jet Boot Camp Facebook group and there is a real feel of TEAMWORK! ‘I’ve loved the weekly sessions, Sue is great, she fun but she knows how to
get the best out of you. It’s hard work but you really do get out what you
put in. I’ve loved all the contact via Facebook it really spurs me on to
stick to the diet plan and I love reading everybody’s posts. It really is
a team and you don’t feel like your doing it on your own, I’m going to miss
that. I haven’t signed up for the next one as I’m going on holiday and
would miss at least 3 sessions, I’m gutted, but will definitely sign up for
the next one after that. In fact, I’ve already got my name down for it.’
